About the JODP
This program is designed for athletes of all fitness levels. Each athlete sets their own goals, adjusting them as they progress. The ultimate goal is to qualify for the Junior Olympics in December (Cross Country) and July (Track). This is achieved through the Junior Olympic Trials Qualifying process of preliminary, association, and regional races. However, as in most challenging endeavors, it is the journey that affords the most excitement and rewards. The discipline, motivation, focus and effort that is required on a daily basis are the fundamental attributes that not only bring success to athletics, but to life in general. SCXC Elite is recruiting male and female athletes age 9 and above who would like to try running as a sport. Experience, prior running, or fitness is not required, all that is required is a good attitude and a budding desire, the program will take care of the rest.
- Program Meets Monday-Friday except Tuesday.
- Practice times are 4:15pm-5:15pm (9:00am-10:00am in the summer).
- Race schedule and practice schedule can be found on our Sport Ngin App.
- Club fees are $100 a month.
